Credit Karma is great it let me see the improvements and changes with my credit scores.Credit Karma also keeps you up to date with credit card offers and car insurance rates. I would highly recommend Credit Karma to anyone.

Why does it take so long to update the ratings? Make a major purchase on a CC and the rate drops 6 points almost immediately Pay it off 2-3 days after the purchase and it takes a month before it sows up and your rate goes back up 🤷‍♂️.

I have three things on my credit from the same company who has the same dates one have a larger amount in the other two have the same amount and has not been removed yet. I have disputed it and everything and it has not been remove yet

They lead you to believe you can get a lower interest rate on your car loan and it’s a total lie!

CK is a very quick, and informative source of information as it relates to credit, credit savings, and how improve it. In my opinion the most useful service is being able to see your credit score daily. If any sudden changes happen, you take immediate action to resolve any negative reporting.

Not updating my new report every month

It’s not accurate

They lock your account to your original phone you cannot get into your account later if you switch your phone number even with your email and all the information their support is useless

It reports false reports

It is absurd that people can not log in outside the US, if I live in the border like San Diego and Tijuana and I cross or even for people who travel, they can not log in into their accounts because of this restriction

I’m happy I met credit karma when I did. I’m happy to have a way to check something as important as my credit. My daughter thinks I’m obsessed in a bad way. She is WRONG! Even if she is right she’s wrong. Anyway I’m going to continue using credit karma because it’s so helpful. I talk to people who have no idea what a credit score is or what it means to have one. I can try but even I can’t educate them all. Keep up the good work credit karma! 🧐

I LOVE how accurate the rates and credit score is… must be connected to a real bureau. And it’s always free and easy to fix. Thank you for letting us see our REAL debt 💸 I’m so happy I have access to my old accounts through this app.

I got Credit Karma to build my credit not to fill my email box. If I want to know something about my credit I will log onto the app. I do not want multiple emails every day.

CK tells me I could get a better rate on my car loan they say mine is 7.5 but in fact mine is 5.5 and they are off on payoff by 500. dollars. And they use my old phone number. If they could get those things right I would give them a 5 star rating.

The best app

Since Intuit took over, it is sketchy. Don’t trust it. I used to do my taxes for free with Credit Karma, but when Intuit bought them, the options changed for the worse. No longer customizable. Now I go through the hassle of downloading the forms for free from irs.gov. I wouldn’t do that if this app was trustworthy. I still use this app because it’s gives me a quick snapshot of what’s happening with my credit. But I don’t click on any of the extra options. It’s just spam even though they say you have outstanding odds. This app pretends it’s a credit reporting agency but it’s not, it acts more like a creditor. Pull your actual credit report and you’ll see.

I’m so happy using this

I’ve been a user of Credit Karma for 10+ years. Finally deleted my account today; there’s just no reason to use this platform. It serves more as an advertisement for intuit products and to put bank offers in front of you. Credit Karma lost its purpose. I just use my credit card apps to see my score and that works way better with about a thousand less useless notifications with false urgency.

Useless. “We are not able to validate your phone number. Please try again”. App is useless.

Credit Karma always keep you filled in with all the information you will need to keep your accounts in order so you can see how you are actually doing. A great help!

Horrible

I explained to their chatbot and then chatted with a subject matter expert that there was a problem. The chat ended mid discussion. Then, I looked at the web page to report the problem… to complex.

-50/10. They make zero attempt to truly resolve any issues . They tell you it’s been escalated to a team capable of assisting and that’s it ….. it’s a never ending loop of your issue has been escalated but there is never resolution. Unless you enjoy torture , You’re better off literally any where else.

Every time I apply for a card I get told no

All my loans are paid off. Biggest one still showing and no way to directly contact you. MOHELA number listed goes to sex line. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's seems like every 6 months my score drops 50 to 60 points. I co-sign for students loan. When my son checks he is always up to date.

Enjoying all the benefits at Credit Karma has to offer. It’s a very useful application.

Credit Karma said I had 100% chance of approval on a credit card and if I wasn’t approved they would give me 25$ and applying would not affect my credit. 3 lies. Well, I was not approved, I did not get 25$ and my credit went down. I deleted the app. Scammers.

-1 star.. the ad will not clear after the allotted amount of time

The credit card it shows that I am supposed to be late on is not mine.

It has me to keep up with what I owe, and it helps me to know what I need to do in advance and get my credit up and it just keeps in touch with everything financial

CK suggested i try to get a credit card with Ollo because i had an outstanding chance. If not approved, they’ll give me $25. Not only did i get denied but i haven’t heard anything more about the $25 I’m supposed to get! And it’s a hard hit!

I will never use this app again and I’m looking for new tax software so I never use any intuit products again. This app was originally great and so helpful but once intuit bought it everything changed. Now there are so many ads and pushes to use their and their partners products. It has become quite clear they are using and abusing my personal information. There are so many other options now there is no reason to use any company that puts profits over people

I have multiple accounts that’s under different accounts and also I have disputed and you all keep putting back on also a lot of these collections are out of date! What can u do about it already disputed some been added into other collections ? Thanks This is something that should not have to be corrected every 2 months
