Easy way to keep up my accounts

I started using this app to stay on top of my credit scores when building a house. I have continued to use it monitoring any new credit looking for fraud, how to better my score to get the best rates for loans or new cards. Super simple & I can monitor daily with new alerts. Used others....liked this one the best. Accurate & user friendly💕❤️

Collection agencies have 1 and only 1 goal. Get your money no matter what it takes. Types of accounts listed fraudulently, dates are changed to re-age your debt. If you dispute the info, they retaliate by destroying the credit you do have and the bureaus meant to protect you, help them. You need a company like WalletHub to watch your back so you can continue the daily grind just to feed your family. I trust nothing and damn near no one. I trust WalletHub to watch my credit, watch these unscrupulous agencies and watch your identity from being stolen and used. If I can trust them, so can you. They guarantee their services. Trust = WalletHub.

WalletHub advertises their 30day refund guarantee in-app on the same feature page you’re shown when purchasing your subscription. However your in-app purchase cannot be refunded as the policy only works for directly purchased subscriptions (from their website I guess). This seems like a plainly deceitful tactic.

Easy to use & understand. Been using this app for over 6 years.

I have used this app for years and it used to be great. You can’t dismiss the card offers without jumping through hoop after hoop and it’s infuriating. I have a persistent notification icon that I can’t ever get rid of and there’s nowhere in the app to show you what the notification is and they are constantly trying to upsell you. I deleted the app and have gone back to CK.

App has a lot of potential. I’ve been using app for a few years but app seems to be getting worse. App will alert user with a number in the app that user has a notification. Opening the app doesn’t take the user to the notification. User has to click around and may or may not find the notification. Compared to other financial apps this one needs work and isn’t worth the paid version ias both my financial institutions are not supported by its third party. Additionally, they offer a 30 day money back guarantee but fail to state that if the sign up is paid through Apple you don’t. Account stays active for a year then stops putting the user out the $100 fee. Deceptive. There are better apps out there that support your bank, credit union are upfront about ‘30 day money back guarantee’ buyer beware.

This is a great app to track your credit score from Transunion and I love the notifications that are sent out of changes on your credit report. I also love the tools available to help you save.

What a great way to keep up with changes in Credit Score, and keep tabs on your financial accounts.

It’s very good app I love it. It shows every record you have from the past to the present 👍👍👍👍

The credit alert system is broken and needs a complete overhaul. I regularly receive urgent emails with subject lines like "Credit Report Alert - Review ASAP" that create genuine anxiety about my financial health, only to open the app and find that the "alert" is either an on-time payment I already knew about, or worse, something I've already confirmed that the system is flagging AGAIN. This is a textbook false alarm problem. When your monitoring service cries wolf over routine, positive activity, users stop taking the alerts seriously. That is dangerous for a credit monitoring product. The entire value proposition of WalletHub is that I can trust your alerts to mean something. Right now, I don't.

Very easy to use and keep track of your credit !

This app helped me keep an eye on my credit while I was building it. My credit is great now and I still use the app for monitoring it, I’m alerted when anything changes with my credit, such as new accounts or lines of credit opening, and my score increasing or decreasing. I also receive a monthly email (I think it’s monthly, it’s not so often that it’s annoying) which sometimes says “there’s been no changes with your credit”, and that’s nearly as good to see as an increase. I haven’t had any issues with this app, and I’ve been using it for several years. I try to keep some privacy online & I like that I can pick & choose which accounts to sync, if any at all. I still get valuable info without syncing. Some really useful tools have been added recently, you can set goals now, too. I use the free version, and it’s been amazing, I have no complaints.

Being able to get an updated credit score at least once a month for free is pretty amazing, not to mention it somehow doesn’t count as a credit check, which would lower your score. There’s also reminders for keeping your accounts in good standing and suggestions for how to improve your score and such. Highly recommended.

This is the worst app I’ve ever had to deal with I tried syncing my accounts but they wouldn’t sync so I keep trying the they auto blocked my ip address so I can’t even cancel in a way to get my money back there is no phone number or any help just an email they never respond to the app throws up error saying it can’t update with no update available in the App Store this app Is complete trash avoid it

Awesome credit platform to keep up with your credit and finances

I thought I’d try WalletHub to give me a place to see everything in one place. The amount of times my personal credit union emailed to say someone was trying to access my account, even after verifying the app multiple times made it extremely annoying. WalletHub also doesn’t have a user friendly interface to see where your money is going. It was a waste of $45 for the first year and extreme waste of $95 the second year. You’d be better off logging into your bank accounts daily.

⚠️ The Truth About “Free Credit Scores” & Card Offers A lot of people don’t realize this, but sites like WalletHub, Credit Karma, and others make money when you apply for credit cards through them. Every time you hit “Apply Now,” they get a commission from the credit card company. Here’s what they don’t tell you clearly: The score they show you is NOT your real score. Most of these sites show a VantageScore, but 90% of lenders use your FICO Score. Your “free score” could be off by dozens of points compared to what banks actually see. Applying for new cards usually lowers your score — at least at first. A hard inquiry knocks points off right away. A new account lowers the average age of your credit history. App is very informative, but it is not necessarily an accurate representation of your “true” credit scores. Each creditor has its own credit source to retrieve your scores from. Oftentimes, they may pull from several, and then average your “true” credit score, which may be significantly lower than what we see on the site. Just remember, this is a very helpful app, but mortgage lenders, car dealerships, business lenders, etc., will average your three credit scores.

Very useful for viewing my credit score

Great app that consolidate all your financial data. However, quite distracting with too many credit card and insurance offers

Suffering from an ex with bad credit who also took down mine and also a bad divorce, I turned to wallet hub to help me restore my credit. My original score was mid 700’s and was in June 2018 a low 500’s, WalletHub put me on the fast track to credit restoration and it’s working. In 8 months I’m nearing a 700 Credit score and All I can say that this works. The best app I’ve found for getting your credit back on track. Do what they suggest and watch it work for you. I think wallet hub is a great asset to have to keep you informed as to day to day up dates with your credit it’s a lot of times I forget and wallet hub reminds me so yes I think it’s great it’s just so easy to fall off track thank you wallet hub for what you do .

Accurate & extremely helpful. Great information on this app

When it comes to debts towards the State(Child Support), it should be explained better. No even the State explains what’s going on when debts change from owing to being owed!

It gives me a rounded look of my credit score when im considering financing something as so I can be prepared for negotiating percentages.

I really like the app coming from Mint. It is similar and a go to however I am still an unpaid account.

Love how they look out for consumers

I have been locked out of my account for months. And I have followed all of the instructions to try to regain access. I have also sent multiple emails to request access which is on their support page and it go unanswered. The do not list a customer support telephone number anywhere so you can speak with a representative. If I wanted to close my account I can’t.

I’ve been using this app for several years now. It’s helping me improve my credit score, reminded me immediately that I forgot a payment. I’ve got four friends to get the app and they’ve all been excited because their credit scores have increased by listening to the suggestions on how to improve their scores.

It is so easy to use, and keeps you up to date.

I’m trying to raise my credit score and took Wallet Hub’s advice and applied for and received a Capital One card. It’s in good standing even after several months. I make my payments ahead of time and above the minimum although right now I can’t pay the balance off in full. I was surprised and disheartened to find out my score has dropped 40 points. I was better off letting it ride and keep paying my bills off on time.

Love this app, it has been one of the most helpful and useful I have used. It’s also very easy to navigate. Very helpful when negotiating interest rates.

I don’t typically write reviews but as someone who has worked in financial services I deeply empathize with the stress of managing credit. The email alerts with red exclamation points for minimal changes to your profile need to be addressed. This is pure engagement strategy around something already distressful. I recently got one that said “my score has dropped and you have dropped a credit level.” I checked…. My score went up this month and my utilization went up slightly. Please fix this. Other than this feature the app is extremely useful and similar to many other credit monitoring tools.
