I had mint for years with no problem. Since mint stopped service, I moved to Honeydue and it worked fine for the first month or two. But for the last 3 months, I cannot get the app to consistently show my expenses. I have tried adding and removing my accounts to get expenses to show but no success. Right now, all my expenses in the app are gone except about 10 expenses I had in October (this is now mid November). And customer service is no help.

Terrible app that does not automatically update some accounts

I really liked this app at first but it became disconnected from my bank so that none of my spending was showing up in the app anymore. I tried reauthorizing my account but it didn't work. When I emailed Honeydue to ask for help I didn’t get any response.

There are a lot of missing transactions even when the accounts are synced. Also, when you try sorting and changing the time period, some budget categories entirely disappear, even when we know there were transactions in those categories. It’s super wack, and makes this unreliable. If you comment on a transaction, your partner doesn’t get a notification and it doesn’t show up in the chat. Literally it’s so annoying. Glad it’s free or I would demand my money back lol

Ive been using these apps for years. And I love it. It helpful and easy to use. I wish they have a feature where I can move all transaction to one category at the same time and for future transaction. Would live to have desktop version. I love this app!

Will not connect to key bank and have been trying to contact customer service for support for 30 days no response yet. Wanna know if this is going to work for us or not!! Why won’t customer support reply????

As I type this it’s a Tuesday. My account was last synced (successfully) on Saturday even though I’ve logged in each of the last two days to try to sync it. “We were unable to sync this account” it says. “Please check back in one day.” This seems to be typical of the first couple of weeks I’ve tried it out. Sometimes it syncs, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m thinking of trying another app and suggest if you’re reading this that you do too.

My husband and I were really excited to get our finances all in one place, but we have 2 accounts that won’t sync and all we get are try again later error messages. I’ve emailed support twice without response and we’re close to abandoning the app altogether.

Won’t sync with my bank even though I logged in and it said it was successfully set up, support doesn’t respond.

No one responds when I reach out about being unable to connect accounts. They were working then stopped abruptly, so when I tried to relink they won’t now.

One of the main points of this app is keeping track of bills and getting reminders for them. I haven’t gotten a reminder for a bill in months. I just checked and all my notifications for the app are turned on. I don’t really see the point of this app anymore if it won’t even function correctly.

When I try to move an expense to a new category or mark an expense as duplicate, the action is not completed unless I do it twice.

The basic concept of the app is sound, but there are serious bugs and no one has heard from support in months. We love being able to work on our combined and private finances in one app, but objectively every other feature is subpar compared to most budgeting apps. For example, it categorizes incorrectly almost every transaction. Just looking at auto imported transactions is difficult because the title is a huge string that tells you nothing about where and on what money was spent. To find that out you have to edit the title if the transaction, which doesn’t actually take effect until you’ve done it 2-3 times. Then reassigning the category has to be done multiple times to take affect. This weekend my wife spent the entire afternoon doing this process only to have all of the data revert in the evening. She couldn’t stop crying after having wasted a rare open afternoon on nothing. Emails to support have never been answered.

Honeydue miscategorized almost all of the expenses I needed to share with my partner. I spent more time re-doing what the app is supposed to do by default than we spend just balancing out of our separate bank accounts. So what’s the point of the app? Putting smiley faces on paid bills? Who cares about that?

I have sent several questions that have all gone unanswered for several MONTHS now. They say in their “help” section that typical response time is 24 hours. These questions have gone MONTHS unanswered. There is no way to keep older transactions, nor review older transactions once you’ve gone 30 days past the transaction date that I can find. No one is responding to requests for help. Unfortunate. It had potential.

From what I can tell after using this app for about a month, there’s no way to budget annually or see your expenses overtime.

This app would be close to perfect; however, why can’t it remember transaction categories from month to month? It is frustrating that you need to recategorize all spending every month when it clears your spending. This seems like an easy, time-saving fix. Thanks!

I was able to link two bank accounts but not CitiBank credit card. I emailed Honeydue twice and got no answer. It seems like they don’t include customer service at all.

Started off on the wrong foot from the get go. my wife and I each create an account only to realize that one person needs to create the account and then invite the other person. So now one of us has to delete our account so the Other person can “invite” us to join. Talk about imbecilic app development

Very sus that you really can’t use the app unless you link your bank. There’s many apps who do this and they now have gone under and leaked info. Deleting within 5m of dl

Bank account would sync for a week then it won’t. Emailed tech support multiple times with no response. Definitely was a waste of my time setting it up then getting no use out of it

I've been looking for an app that just let's me see mine and my husband's accounts all in one place that doesn't charge a subscription. That's it. I'd gone through dozens of apps, and reached a point that I'd even pay a flat fee for it. And finally found it! And I can make custom spending categories. Will update review if anything changes but this is perfect and all I ever wanted. Plus I get to put my husband's and my face on the transactions, that's a cute touch!

It would be cool if you could add manually transaction not all banks are available

When you can connect your bank accounts, this app is great. When you can’t, it’s useless. I’ve now had issues with both Amex and Discover not allowing me to connect accounts or not updating when connected. They don’t seem to have a customer service dept so you can email 100 times with no response and reach out for days on messenger without response so there isn’t much that can be done when features don’t work. I also don’t love that you can’t export the data into sheets or excel, but the real issue is connectivity and zero app support.

I came to Honeydue after Mint closed it’s doors. At first this seemed like a perfect replacement for me, but within the first month I began to realize that certain transactions were not showing up! I haven’t been able to discern the commonalities between them, but here’s an example. I go on our weekly shop to Walmart and Aldi. A week or so later, Walmart is on my transaction list, but not Aldi. Same day, same card. So frustrating! Or a transaction shows up initially, then disappears! It is maddening, and completely undermines the whole point.

Keeps losing transactions making tracking and splitting transactions impossible.

I really wanted to like this app and if it worked properly It’d be great. But I linked my bank and credit cards and the app doesn’t accurately reflect the transactions. It’s not showing any of my earnings, missing some expenses, and I found one expense showed twice even though that’s not the case in my card activity.

Accounts have t synced in a month. Multiple emailed have been sent to Honeydue with no reply. Did they go out of business?

Absolutely no response to inquiries two weeks later! Guess they are finished. I’d give it lower but it’s free. Icon looks nice on my phone. Two stars.

Effective free* option to track and trend spending habits. Gives ability to reclassify charges into editable categories with editable spending limit per category. Use as one piece of monthly cash flow tracking for household. *All features available on download - option to donate to app developers. Five stars for a free app that does the job.

While this app has potential, it has a lot of kinks to workout. Transactions are often missing and I’ve received no response to either inquiry I’ve sent. Could be a good app but will find a different one that accurately captures transactions.

This app is amazing and has definitely helped my husband and I stay consistently organized with our bills, expenses, and budget!!

If you’re looking for a basic app to manually track your bills, budget out and keep your partner in the loop- then this one is honestly pretty good. Downside is you can’t add in your expected income so you have work around it a little.

This is the perfect couples budget and expense tracker. It has just the right amount of basic features, combined with some advanced options like splitting transactions, individual vs joint accounts. Will definitely keep using!

Some of my accounts will never sync. Transactions disappear and show up again days later. I have never received a response to any of the dozens of emails I’ve sent for support. I was excited to find this app, would have been willing to pay a little for it, but it doesn’t work well enough to trust the data. Hard to use a budgeting app that never has current data. Leads to bad decisions. If the app worked like it is supposed to with the current architecture, it would be a great app.

Please add coinbase… vanguard and merrill lynch don’t work either

I loved the features of this app, but it stopped automatically pulling updates from our accounts. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and gotten no responses.

Looks like this app is so buggy you can’t even actually add your bank account. I was excited for this but the bugs in this app just seem to be too much to actually be able to use it. So unfortunate

I downloaded this app to replace mint and was initially pleased. It even encouraged my husband to check out our finances a little more. But then my accounts stopped updating. It recommends sending an email and even gives you a link. I’ve been emailing for almost 3 months now for and both of my banks still haven’t been refreshed. It’s impossible to budget when the accounts are that far out of date. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted this to work and thought it would.

The concept of the app is really good, I wanted it to work really bad, but terrible bugs are making it unusable because transactions are not showing up properly in the app, so it’s simply not correct at all, and therefore unusable. and customer support is non existent - no one will get back to me with my issues and it’s been two weeks

I like the app overall but it’s needs more work and their customer service is Terrible. I’ve emailed them twice and it’s been over a month now and still no response.

Don’t even bother downloading

I was trying to add my bank account, to which it said it was unable to be verified. So I emailed the customer service email to see if it could be resolved, and no one ever got back to me. I emailed them 4 separate times on different days using different email apps thinking that the app was the reason. I won’t be using this app if I cannot connect my bank and customer service isn’t even responding.

I have tried multiple times to connect my Discover checking/savings account, but always get the error that the “bank hasn’t been responsive.” I emailed support at least twice and have never received a reply. Can this be fixed in an app update please? I really love the app and it would be perfect if I could actually connect my bank!!

This app appears to be out of whack. The categories are not set correctly when viewing the budget, spending or transfers. Custom categories appear to not work as well. For example: credit card payments are not “Earnings” they’re expenses, but no mater where they are labeled it somehow will still show as an earning. Or maybe I’m just and idiot and am not using the app correctly. Either way, not as friendly as I had hoped it would be.

The app has everything we need and I was so excited to start using it. However I can’t for the life of me get it to work as it should. I finally got everything in its place and randomly things get mixed up or the totals just stop adding up rendering the budget only semi helpful.I tried to email for help and that doesn’t even work. I would gladly pay monthly if this app could work better considering how much it could save me in the long term. It seems I’ll soon have to go elsewhere to get a fully functional budget application. So disappointed

I love honeydue, it’s a great app. I love how easy it is to use and the categories. And it’ll be going so great and then there will be bugs that show up frequently or accounts disconnect (even though I’ve given them access) and then the only way to reconnect the accounts is to reach out to honeydue and wait for them to fix the issue. Just now, everything is great and now there’s a bug that’s throwing all of the categories into one screen and it gets annoying how frequent there seems to be issues. I am constantly loving honeydue and then get a bunch of issues with the app and try to look for a different budgeting app but somehow none of them seem as good as honeydue when honeydue is working smoothly.

Useful app for a couple to keep track of spending by category. I wish the category titles could be edited. Easy to link to our bank accounts.

This is easily my favorite budgeting app on the market. It has the best interface and is great for multiple people. However, my balances never sync correctly and now my primary checking account is no longer supported by the app. I’ve emailed support a few times and they’ve been able to resync the accounts, but the issues always pops up again.

I tried using this app with my spouse for 2 months. Nice features and easy to set up. It did not sync with my spouses Amex card and once they used a different data ag service it worked but we had to re-categorize everything. The same thing happened with my Amex. When I reached out the response came from “Emma Martin.” She asked what the problem was, then wrote me the solution. Not resolved. I reached out again, again “Emma Martin” replied. She asked what the problem was, wrote the same solution. Three hours later I got another email from “Emma Martin” asking what the problem was. Now I’m super sketched and withdrew all my info and cancelled my account. Not cool.

This app will work if you don't sync your accounts and live in the dark ages. If you do want your account to sync, it might work for a few months which will have you really excited and then it will just stop working. When you reach out to try to get it fixed, you will find silence and no help. They will be happy to ask for a tip for creating the app but if you live in a world where bank sync is old technology, you would be wise to take the tip you planned to give them and spend it on an app that works. Totally disappointed.

This app has done wonders for my wife and I. I still use everydollar too, as a way for me to figure the limits for each category. - one thing I’d love to see is along the lines of what both everydollar and pocket guard do. They track your predicted income and build your budget off that. -one thing that isn’t so good: Starting on Saturdays it doesn’t update from my bank very well until sometimes Sunday evening. Other than that I really love this app!

I have had trust issues with my wife and money based on last events using this app, she and I can see where all our money is and use that to make informed decisions. Their support is top notch and they’re always eager to help!

Not one single response to my messages. I am abandoning this account for a real checking.

It seems they have a bug and they have not fixed it yet. I’ve sent two messages and nobody from tech support has reached out to fix the issue. So I don’t recommend it, since you can’t relay on it.

I really like the idea of this app, and use it a lot (my roommate, who is also supposed to check up on it, just….doesn’t, so it’s not fulfilling its purpose there - but that’s not the app’s fault). To have all bills in one place is incredibly useful, and to be able to share it with the other wage earner is useful (even if that other wage earner never looks at it, the concept is still valid). However, there are a few issues that need to be worked out. One, when entering a new bill, when you are working in any of the fields besides name and amount (such as type and due date), the app reverts to the amount field. It’s just annoying to deal with, since you have to re-select fields a lot more than you should. Another issue is that the bill schedule is buggy. The bills are automatically selected as “monthly” in frequency when you first enter them. Personally, I think it would be a lot better to just make the space blank and require the user to select a frequency before saving, but that’s just me. Anyway, I often find that a bill I mark as “this time only” will still show up in next month’s schedule. This may be due to how again, the bill entry section always reverts to the amount field once you’ve made other selections, which is confusing and irritating, so maybe I’m missing it a few times. The reminders are not entirely customizable. You have a number of days ahead of the due date that you are allowed to choose - the due date itself, or 1, 3, 5, or 7 days. However, once you choose, you are limited to that one option. You cannot get multiple reminders for the same bill. In this ADD-ridden world, one would hope for at least a couple reminders ahead of time. Lastly, the notifications. I’m constantly having to open the app to remove a notification, and the vast majority of the time, it’s sending me a notification that I did something, such as marked a bill paid. Why am I getting notifications that I did something? I was quite aware of what I was doing at the time. I can understand getting them if my partner/roommate/spouse/etc. did something, but I really don’t need to be told that I just did something myself. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t offer the option of not receiving notifications triggered by myself. I feel like if these issues were addressed, the app would be not only useful but a lot more enjoyable and engaging to use.

I’ll start with the good - this app does what it says. Link accounts, get a holistic view of your transactions, budgets, and net worth, and share those details with a partner. Great! The bad - support seems to be nonexistent. I have had issues connecting one of my banks. The first two times I reached out for support through the app, I received a canned response promising a fix (which didn’t work). I have since emailed their support directly as well as submitting additional requests through the app, with zero responses whatsoever. If you have any issues using the app, don’t count on getting any help from them. On balance I’ll still use it (and contribute a monthly tip) but I am quite frustrated with the lack of support.

Would love to see an “available to spend” graphic as the first thing upon logging in. For example, “January Budget: $____/$____.” Weekly budget tracking would be even more effective. The “Spending Limit” on individual categories is nice but would find it useful to see an aggregate of those limits for budgeting.

This app is going to save me and my partner so much time in budgeting and finances. I’m so excited about it. I just don’t know how to add my Apple Card. Help 😭

I have been trying to get my phone number updated in the app for WEEKS and no one will help me. Someone named “Emma Martin” keeps stating that she will get back to me within a day, but it has been weeks with no response, no matter how many times I email. I cannot get into my account to access my Honeydue debit, my budget, my bills, and more. They have ALL my personal info and will not help me at all. Don’t download this app.

Great app overall very user friendly, couldn’t add my student loan or home mortgage for some reason. Also some accounts have to be logged in more than once to update so that’s annoying. These are the only reasons why I gave four stars instead of five. The layout and the customization of the budget interface is the best, plus the app is free. Def referring friends and family.

This app is the only I have found that my husband I can use together. It keeps getting better but there are still issues syncing all of my accounts.

Really enjoy the app but I’ve submitted 3 support requests over the past 9 weeks and haven’t heard a peep from your team. Hate doing this here but trying to get a response somehow.

I was so excited for my husband and I to get all our accounts in one place so we could keep better track of spending by category. We just got married, we have some rental property, and he’s self-employed, so we have several different accounts at different institutions that serve different purposes. Seemed great for the first two days, and I was having a great time sorting historical expenses and customizing categories. Then it lost touch with our primary bank. I emailed support multiple times, got ambiguous answers, with the final one being, “This is impacting a lot of other users … Want me to contact you again when/if we get an update?” What?! Your app has access to all of our personal financial information, it’s had some sort of connectivity glitch for almost two full weeks, and you’ll “keep checking” to see if there’s ever a solution?? We also hadn’t been able to sync my husband’s auto loan account from the beginning, which is with a major financial institution that should’ve been available but was “currently unable to connect.” Maybe those are little bugs that can be worked out quickly, but it’s hard for me to trust a FinTech company that can’t figure out basic app functionality over the course of 10 full business days.

Customer support is poor.

This app has so much potential and when working is very useful for my wife and I. BUT…we started noticing certain transactions just vanishing from our account such as our paychecks or checks we wrote. They would be there for a few weeks then just disappear. I reached out to customer support to look into it and it’s been over a month with no response and no resolution. Very unfortunate.

I really want to like this app because it allows my partner and I to sync spending. It has really helped us to physically see where our money is going and how to better manage it. That being said, I have several gripes about this app: 1. I have been trying to add two separate credit accounts to the app (Target and Nordstrom) daily for the past two weeks, and the app crashes at login. I’ve contacted customer service twice (Dec 2, Dec 15) and have yet to be responded to. This creates a problem because not all of our accounts are accounted for. 2. Balances and transactions are not up-to-date. This also problematic when charting out your budget for the month. I have to keep a “notes” tab on my phone for all my spending which is tedious, and often times forgotten. Please fix this to be real-time so that budgets are able to be managed real-time. 3. Categorization is kind of a joke. I check this app several times a week and have to recategorize almost every transaction. It’s kind of fun, but mostly annoying and time consuming. Please fix. Overall, I know this is a newly developed app, and I hope that as time goes on and they acquire more users their technology will advance.

I have tried re-syncing my accounts numerous times. This app has a lot of potential, however, it loses all value with the constant issues with adding and syncing of financial accounts.

I wanted to like this app, the concept is great and my partner and I were looking to better manage our cash flow. However, multiple attempts to connect popular bank accounts without success and weeks of trying to ask for help with zero response made us delete our accounts. If only this app works…

My banks stopped updating, and so far I’ve gotten 2 responses in over a month of waiting. Otherwise it was a great app, but I guess if you use it pray you’ll never need to talk to someone in customer service. I’ll just go back to using Mint instead.

The app does not support our bank, and so I pinged them to see if it was possible too. Their customer service said they will look into it and never responded to another message again.

Couldn’t connect to Venmo

This app does not seem to be maintained anymore. The articles on the app are out of date and customer service has not replied to a question that I asked a month ago. Additionally, it takes forever for funds to clear. I made a other deposit and the money he basically been in a digital black hole for at least five days. The first time, the app got disconnected from my bank somehow and the transfer never went through. It constantly loses connection to my account which is interesting given that it’s using Plaid. Finally, the account is limited to only 10,000 dollars for some reason. So after saving, you have to move funds elsewhere. I have the Visa card but haven’t yet used it. I’ll likely cancel this account and go with something like Ally instead.

It would be nice to be able to utilize our banking information with this app. When we first downloaded the app, our bank was able to share information with the app. Now, we haven’t been able to add our banking information to the app!?

I wanted to love Honeydue, it is a great idea for couples to easily share finances without losing their identities. However, support is practically non-existent. I have tried contacting them multiple times and each time get a “we’ll look into it” and then get completely ignored. Updates are very few and far between. This makes me worry about their security. Is anyone in the drivers seat when a security issue comes up? Chances are slim. Plaid support responds within minutes and says an issue isn’t on their end, Honeydue support… they’ve moved on. Very sad as this app is very promising. Hope everything is ok over there and that someday you come back to this product, or pull it from the app store if you don’t have time for it.

I liked what I saw. When I went to connect accounts all I got was” upstream request timeout”after login in. For the other bank all it does is a black screen with the white circle in the center as if the phone was getting ready to turn off. Can you guys fix this?

Been using Honeydue for a little over two years now - SO valuable for my wife and I to manage our spending and budget. I tried all of the other apps and this one works best for us. Here’s how we use it: - we have all of our accounts linked, including some manually added accounts (like physical cash to keep track of) - we assign transactions to either spending or earnings, under one of the 20 categories we built out. Any cc bills or transfers between accounts are in the transfer sections. - here’s where we become power users (and why Honeydue is awesome): we are often netting out spending with earnings in one category, like covering dinner with friends and lumping the vemnos received in one category. Being able to do that, plus split the expense into multiple categories, is HUGE. what’s even better is editing transaction dates to match reimbursable expenses across different months. - once all transactions are properly accounted for, we upload the month’s data to an excel spreadsheet (since there are some limitations on history within the app, and sometimes the data gets refreshed and reorganized every 4-5 months). Not a huge deal to us, given price point and no other app doing what Honeydue can. -we don’t utilize the bills, activity, split expenses, or chat features By doing it this way we are able to track spending over years as well as make sure we are getting paid back on returns, cancellations, refunds, IOUs, etc. we love Honeydue for that!

We checked out a ton of apps, but this one is perfect for couples. It is perfect to clearly see what you have as an individual, and as a couple. The support team is very helpful as well. It makes keeping a budget and categorizing expenses so easy for couples!

I’ve reached out to the support team through the app and their direct email address multiple time and have not received a response. It has been over a month. Incredibly disappointed, especially because the “help” page says they typically respond within 1 day.

Was excited to try this app, but after reaching out because our bank was not supported (Truist previously Suntrust) to see when it would be, never heard back after multiple attempts. Very disappointed

We used this for about a year and at first customer service was fairly quick to respond with an issue. A month ago I noticed some transactions didn’t show up and messaged customer service with zero response and the messages not even read. Don’t waste your energy on this app- find a different one.

Has a lot of issues and customer service is not responsive

This app has so much potential, but you can only add monthly budgets and view a single month at a time. Most of my budgets are yearly and I often like to see 2-3 months at a time. No yearly budget option makes this app pretty unusable for me. I’ll be keeping my eye out to see if the developers add this feature so I can use the app!

Fantastic app idea and interface. Overall quite user friendly. It would be perfect but it randomly won’t update some of our bank accounts or deletes some transactions and I can’t figure out how to get everything up-to-date in those instances… maybe I’m missing something. Other than that it’s definitely a five star rating.

I have been experiencing issues with our bank accounts not syncing with the app. Purchases and earnings do not show up in the app. I have contacted their chat feature and emailed multiple times with no response. Disappointed that this does not work as I was liking all the features

App says it updates every day, but doesn’t pull info from my bank for multiple days. Then when it finally does update it’s missing multiple days of transactions. Customer service hasn’t reached out yet.

This app was perfect for us but the past 2 weeks there have been issues with syncing, tons of missing transactions, transactions showing up and disappearing. This is very frustrating to try to accurately track purchases. Please fix! :(

I really enjoyed using this app for my day to day expense tracker. I noticed my accounts weren’t syncing so I removed them and re-added. Now, I am not able to get my accounted inputted on the app.

Loved the app when it used to work. It was very helpful tracking our spending for my wife and I. But for about a week and a half now none of our accounts have updated. I’ve tried emailing support, and sending a Tweet to no avail.

Was excited to start using this app for our household budget between my wife and I. We built all our own categories and it worked great for a week. But our transactions stopped updating ten days ago and I haven’t heard back from support despite multiple attempts to reach out. I tried their in app help and submitted a request via email but no response and the app still hasn’t updated across five different bank accounts and credit cards. Great functions don’t help if it doesn’t update constantly. Especially at the end of the month. I guess we’re going back to another budgeting app.

Been using this app for about a year now, and it used to be pretty clunky, but it’s getting better! I LOVE the Pull Down to Refresh option now, vs having to go into the Bank Tab, into the Account, Options, then Refresh. I only really use it for a basic overview of my husband and my finances, and it gets the job done! The only other thing I wish they would improve on is if the app could better “remember” categories. Like I get my paycheck every 2 weeks, and change it to Salary every time, but it still autos to Miscellaneous Earnings the next time it comes in. I also love the little logos they do now for the bigger companies like McDonalds and Netflix, so cute! Edit: Everything I said still stands, but this app hasn’t updated bank balances in almost 2 weeks now, so I have no idea what our total balance is. Not good. Also I wish there was an option to Pull Down to refresh from the Balances overview page, so all your accounts will update at once.

Why won’t my app refresh? I have synced the bank accounts 3 days in a row and numbers haven’t updated. This one issue could lead to overspending to those who aren’t careful because new spending isn’t reflected in the app. Can this bug be fixed ASAP?

Absolute garbage. Yet another company looking to capitalize on personal financial information without providing an actually useful service in exchange. Can’t even get basic functionality the app promises. Unable to successfully link any accounts.

Mostly works, but some banks require reauthorization every week so it’s not much better than logging in yourself. Security, however, is another story: you have to disable 2 factor authentication for many banks to work, and if that’s not bad enough, Plaid (the tech used by Honeydue to connect to your accounts) sends your passwords in PLAIN TEXT. If you ever logged in with Plaid, you now need to go change every password you have used. What’s worse, Plaid just settled a lawsuit for sharing your scraped financial data with third parties!! No thank you. That’s private information, and I trusted you with it Honeydue. Not cool.

So I have contacted them a long while ago because I desperately wanted to try their app but my main focus is going to be my balance in my Venmo account (& Venmo card) and cash app and tracking that spending and what it goes for etc. I contacted them and heard back that I could add an account and keep track of it manually but that they were working on an actual solution and one that doesn’t actually cost me more time. TheyThey responded to that email caramel although the three suggestions they made about tracking besides adding every transaction manually didn't work. So fast forward to a month ago, I emailed them again just to see about an update because I wanted (& still do) to be able to use their app or abandon ship. I’m tired of getting my hopes up or wasting my time up if it’s not gonna happen. I have emailed them two more times to get an update and not a single response about this...if it’s not going to happen then just say as such so I can start hunting again for the right app and not count on your finding a solution.

I downloaded this app very excited about the possibilities and tried to connect for different accounts and not a single one of them was possible. I have a less than common bank but I know that plaid works with it and was unable to connect. I was also unable to connect my LPL financial, Penny Mac mortgage, and American Express credit card accounts.
